Kate Hudson has given fans a peek into her beauty routine, unveiling her latest go-to skincare treatment.
The 46-year-old actress, best known for her Oscar-nominated role in Almost Famous (2000), shared her experience with celebrity skincare expert Nurse Jamie on Instagram Stories.
Hudson documented her quick visit on Monday, September 8, first posting a snap from the waiting room with the caption: “Quick trip to visit my favorite @nursejamiela.”
She later revealed that she underwent an Opus Plasma session, writing: “We did a quick Opus Plasma session.” In a follow-up mirror selfie, the Bride Wars star showed off glowing results, adding: “Only took 15 minutes and my skin is feeling fresh and ready for the week.”
Hudson has long been open about her approach to beauty and wellness. In a 2023 interview with Good Housekeeping, she credited her mother, Goldie Hawn, for inspiring her wellness habits. “My mom has been cold plunging and doing saunas since the 1970s. If I do a cold plunge before bed, I’ll have an amazing night’s sleep—even if it’s just 30 seconds in cold water,” she shared.
She also praised Nurse Jamie’s treatments in the same interview, saying: “I love the results I get from laser treatments and I prefer them to injectables or fillers. I’ve been seeing Nurse Jamie since my early 30s.”
On the work front, Hudson is preparing for her upcoming film Song Sung Blue, scheduled for release on December 25, 2025.
